Who is an Entrepreneur? What Qualities Required to Become an Entrepreneur
An Entrepreneur stands own business and arranges requisite materials and resources by means to a successful entrepreneurial business.
An Entrepreneur has the ability to make good decision making and firm determination to direct and administer a successful venture in a positive direction which enables an entrepreneur to earn maximum profit.
In other words, an Entrepreneur is an individual who introduces new ideas, creativity, innovation and engages all the natural resources such as land, labor, and capital in an efficient manner and starts a new business venture with their huge efforts or struggle.
Qualities Required to Become an Entrepreneur
Qualities of an entrepreneur are given in following points:
1) Decision Making Ability
An Entrepreneur must be good in Decision Making. However, he has to first discover and judge what is beneficial for them and which factors become threats for business ventures. A rational or intellectual Entrepreneur can do all the activities best for their business venture.
2) Planning
Business venture which is represented solely by an Entrepreneur must be well planned. A successful business venture entirely depends on the best plan. Planning is a very important skill an Entrepreneur must possess.
3) Determination
Determination in terms of business ventures, generally businesses face a lot of circumstances where to maintain sustainability is very difficult, problems may rise, difficulties may occur but entrepreneurs should stay and focus till the end for more improvement and for desired result.
4) Risk Bearing Capacity
Risk is the part of every business venture, an Entrepreneur should be pre-prepared for damage occurring and risk taking. After bearing a number of risks he himself was well prepared and trained for achieving their goal.
5) Persuasion and Communication Skills
An Entrepreneur must be good in communication and persuasion skills. Entrepreneurs have to face a number of customers whose taste and preference are not the same any time. but an Entrepreneur with their skill has to communicate and persuade customers in a good manner to buy their business products or services.
